You just don’t get it. You’ve been faithful with your exercise and you track all your food intake consistently, but the scale no longer seems to budge. You’ve had some success, but after your initial weight loss, your progress slows down to a crawl and may even seem to stop. My friends, you are likely in what’s called a weight loss plateau. Fear not, however, as there are ways of breaking through a plateau and getting back on track again. Believe it or not, the very efforts you made to burn more calories when you began may actually be slowing you down now that you’ve been at it a while.
