Hey all you empty nest moms (and dads) out there… If you’re tired of your same old workout routine (or maybe just need a restart after being a couch potato for a bit too long lately), get ready for Morning Meltdown 100!
This new workout is a super fun yet challenging way to boost your aging metabolism, burn fat, and help you tone up allll your partssss – and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!
The Morning Meltdown 100 – the new workout from Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews (remember her from Core de Force?) – has one incredible goal (besides survival… kidding!).
THE GOAL: Commit to 100 workouts in a row, so you can use the simple habit to become (or get back to) the best version of you!
Laurie, did you just say 100 DAYS in a row?
Yes! Well, kind of.
You can do one workout each day for 100 days, or the program offers a way to safely double up if you want to do two per day (in half the time).
Will it be a challenge? YUP. But before you run out of here by clicking off this page…stay with me a minute, and I’ll share why I think you should definitely take on this challenge.
I’m sure you have questions. I know I did! So if you’re ready for some Morning Meltdown 100 FAQs, here ya go…
What exactly is Morning Meltdown 100?
Morning Meltdown 100 is an at-home workout designed to help you add 20-30 minutes of movement to your day every morning. It includes 100 unique workouts so you’ll never be bored or hit that dreaded plateau.
It also includes a live DJ on set to keep the energy high. So fun!
There are two modifiers showing how to adjust each move if you need it. So although Morning Meltdown 100 was created as an intermediate to advanced workout, you don’t have to be afraid of the workouts being too hard. Just start with what you can do, and you’ll have plenty of time to improve. Trust me, at the end of 100 days, you’ll begin to see the difference!
What type of workouts are in Morning Meltdown 100?
MM100 includes a little bit of everything (because we need to keep that metabolism revving). You’ll see a well-rounded assortment of moves, all scheduled out in an order that makes sense for building muscle strength, while factoring in active recovery:
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Resistance (body weight and dumbbells)
- Active recovery
- Balance and stability
- Flexibility and mobility
And the DJ plays music mixed specifically to the tempo of the workouts, so you’ll have fun, maintain your energy, and see real progress while you’re at it!
How does MM100 work?
Morning Meltdown 100 is broken down into 5 phases, with 20 workouts in each phase. During each phase, you’ll complete 10 workouts. Each time, you’ll up the intensity by adding challenges to the next 10 (of course, you can even modify those, too).
All you’ll need to do the at-home program is a web browser (on your laptop, phone, tablet, smart TV, Apple TV, Roku, etc.) and your membership to the online portal. If you’d like, I can get you a 2-week trial if you want to see a sample workout (entry form below this post).
But what if I’m not a “morning person”?
No worries! While the morning routine that is encouraged throughout this workout is an optimal way to set the tone for the rest of the day, it’s definitely not mandatory.
That said, I’d at least try it! You never know, you might develop a new habit! Jericho explains. “You’ll feel happier, more accomplished, and less stressed, and you’ll have extra energy to tackle the rest of your day as it unfolds.”
Going to bed 30-45 minutes earlier can help make it possible, and it’s very doable for most people once they really look at the way they are using their time.
Is any Morning Meltdown 100 equipment needed?
All you need is a set of light, medium, and heavy weights, a mat, and 20-30 minutes (oh, and lots of water). Don’t forget the towel!
And if you’re still not convinced that resistance training with weights is a good idea, read this (especially if you are over 40ish)!
What’s included? Is there a Morning Meltdown 100 meal plan?
Inside of your BOD membership portal you’ll see not only the workout, but downloadable components that are vital to encouraging you to stay committed to your program and seeing results.
The “Be 100 Book”: Your daily tracker/journal, and the place where you’ll sign your commitment to the 100 workouts. Use this to track your daily progress, stay motivated, and to finish strong.
MM100 Nutrition Guide: An eating plan that gives you healthy, delicious, filling foods that help you get results. You can also incorporate the Portion Fix program or 2B Mindset, both proven to be successful programs to accompany your workouts (because that cliché about abs being made in the kitchen is true).
Getting Started Guide: Shows you exactly what you need to start your journey.
Wall Calendar: My favorite! It will help you cross of each day with pride as you go along!
Why should I commit to Morning Meltdown 100?
MM100 is a perfect fit almost anyone (yes, even for the Fit at Fifty-ish crowd). It’s a great program for…
Someone wishing to kick start (or continue) incorporating a fitness routine into their lifestyle (beginner to advanced level)
Someone who can commit to 20-30 minutes of exercise per day (and I’m here to tell you that you CAN)
People who have struggled to change unhealthy habits but are ready for more

Anyone who is willing to try something new – and keep their metabolism guessing!
